Accord powers

The Accord, formally known as the Signatories of the Anthyo Accords, was a faction during the Great War. It mainly fought against members of the Mandate. It evolved out of countries who upheld the commitments towards world peace outlined in the Anthyo Accords in 1913, following the X wars. Its main members were Voylvurlch, Lailia, Sdey, and Thullumia.
