Golden Kwang (Kwang: Phà Kwan), or more commonly known as the Organization (Kwang: Gwè Gwe) up until 1972, was the ruling party of the Supreme Commune of Qonklaks from 1950 to 2005. Its leader was Mheiq Ku from 1950 to 1975. Currently, Jiq Zaw has held the position of General Secretary for twenty years.
