Se Mai Ngrer (Ngo Kwang: /séɪ máɪ ŋrɝ́/; Standard Kwang: Se Mingi /sé mí.ŋí/; January 3, 1875 – December 23rd, 1951) was the first president of the League of Eight Cities. He was succeeded by Se Zai Tè.
