Golden Kwang (Kwang: p1à kwan Phà Kwan), or more commonly known as the Organization (Kwang: Gwè Gwe) up until 1972, is the ruling party of Qonklaks. Its leader was Mheiq Ku from 1950 to 1975. Currently, Jiq Zaw has held the position of General Secretary for twenty years.
