Ro Ser (Ngo Kwang: /róʊ sɝ́/; Standard Kwang: Jwa Lhi /d͡ʒwá ɬí/; January 3, 1875 – December 23rd, 1951) was the first president of the League of Eight Cities. He was succeeded by Se Mai Ngrer.
