	The [[Megabuilding Project]] was a program adopted in 1973, in anticipation for the influx of migrant workers flocking to the city for work. A total of nine concrete residential megastructures were constructed, but failed to achieve its goals as housing was and still remains expensive and hard to come by. By the mid 80s, the buildings developed a reputation of being seedy places rampant with crime and vices.
